In the 2025 HSC and equivalent examinations, female students are ahead in GPA-5 and pass rate. This year the pass rate of female students is 62.97 percent. And the pass rate of students is about 54.60 percent. According to that, female students are 8.37 percent ahead in the pass rate.
The results were released simultaneously from all the education boards on Thursday (October 16) at 10 am.
Bangladesh Inter-education Education Board Coordinating Committee President and Dhaka Education Board Chairman Professor Khandokar Ehsanul Kabir officially announced the results in the Dhaka Education Board auditorium.
The published results showed that a total of 12 lakh 25 thousand 661 students participated in the examination this year. Among them 7 lakh 26 thousand 960 passed. And 5 lakh 8 thousand 701 people failed.
Three lakh 93 thousand 96 students among the total passed students. And students are 333 thousand 864 people.
The average pass rate for girls is 62.97 percent and the pass rate for boys is 54.60 percent.
Total GPA-5 got 69 thousand 97 people. Among them 37 thousand 44 female students and 32 thousand 53 male students. 4 thousand 991 girls got GPA-5 higher than boys.
