An eyewitness told the Daily Mail, “Katie anchored her yacht next to a small public whale-wooking boat, then they started kissing each other. At first I did not understand who he was with – then I saw the tattoo in the boy's hand, that is Trudeau! '
Needless to say, the two were first seen together in July, at a dinner date in Montreal. Justin Trudeau was also present at Katie Perry's Canada at the cellout concert in the 'Lifetimes' tour.
It is to be noted that Katie Perry broke the relationship with actor Orlando Bloom in June 2021 and after six years of engagement. They have a daughter-Daisy Dove, whom they are jointly nurturing. 
Trudeau, on the other hand, announced the separation from wife Sophie Gregor in August 2021. Their three children-Javier (3), Ella-Grace (3) and Hadrien (3) in the marriage of 5 years.
