Pasta is a very nutritious meal. It provides energy, is easily digested, and adds vegetables and proteins to full food. It is not too long ago to eat it in our country. Materials (for 2-5 people)

Pasta – 20 grams

Milk – 3 cups

Fresh Cream – Half a cup (if not, 1 teaspoon of cornflower can be used with milk).

Butter – 2 tablespoons

Garlic kuchi – 1 teaspoon

Onion kuchi – half cup (optional)

Curry cheese – half cup (Mozarla/Cheder that is available)

Salt-

Pepper powder – half teaspoon

Origano/Chile Flex – little (optional)

Vegetables (such as broccoli, capsicum, carrot, mushroom) – 1 cup light boiled or fried

Preparation

First, boil the pasta with salt and a little oil in the water. Book the packet as instructed and drain the water.

To make the sauce, melt the butter in the pan and fry the garlic and onion lightly. Give the milk, add the cream when it starts to boil. Mix with salt, pepper, organo. When you start to get thicker, mix the cheese.

The next stage should be mixed with vegetables and pasta. Give the pasta and vegetables in the sauce. Mix well and cover for 2 minutes so that the pasta absorbs the sauce. Serve hot. Sprinkle a little cheese and chili flakes on top.
