Job Description / Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots and corrects any issues involving displays, HDMI equipment, and digital media players.
- Installs, replaces, and configures TVs and TV settings.
- Works with and reports to ITV Manager and Technical Operations staff to resolve any issues.
- Install satellite dishes by mounting and positioning the dish, running cables, and ensuring a solid connection to the customers’ devices.
- Speak to customers on the phone and troubleshoot any issues.
- Respond to calls for repairs and perform them in a timely manner.
- Maintain safety at job sites.
- Other duties as assigned.
