Chief Advisor Professor Muhammad Yunus has expressed deep concern about the current health condition of former Prime Minister and BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia.

Dr. Muhammad Yunus is regularly keeping abreast of Khaleda Zia's health progress and has directed all concerned to ensure all necessary medical assistance.
The chief adviser prayed for the speedy recovery of the three-time former prime minister.
He said, “There should be no deficiency in the treatment of Begum Khaleda Zia. The government is ready to provide all necessary assistance.”
The Chief Adviser added, “Begum Khaleda Zia is a great inspiration to the nation at this time of democratic transition. Her good health is very important for the country.”
He instructed all concerned to be ready at all times with all necessary assistance and coordination.
